Bad O rings good for me

I used these unions to fix a break in my sprinkler system. I glued the union into place and turned the water on, and the union leaked immediately. I ended up having to replace the rubber O ring in both unions, because the rings were old and didn’t effectively seal. I would have sent them back, but I had already glued the unions into place. Be prepared to replace the O rings.
