Review on 🚀 K&N 57-2583 Cold Air Intake Kit for 2011-2014 Ford F150 3.5L V6 - 50-State Legal, High Performance, Boost Horsepower by John Young

I installed this in my 2012 F150 EcoBoost. I've always wanted one of these air intakes, but I've never had a car worth enough to put one on. However, installation was pretty easy. It took about 30-40 minutes. As others have said, the hose clamps on the passenger side are too small. They fit, but you have to remove and attach the clip by wrapping it around the pipe and tightening. Pretty lame as to how/why it is. How difficult is it for K&N to find the right size collar? After installing it, I noticed that the truck had a somewhat invigorating effect. It's too early to say how this will affect fuel economy. Now, after touching down, a slight growl can also be heard from the truck. Maybe it would have sounded better with a non-original exhaust. No questions/complaints so far.
