Review on 🍳 High-Performance Hawkins/Futura Nonstick Tava/Griddle - Convenient Gray Cookware by Jeremy Hong

We don't have much time but we used it 3 times to make south Indian dosas. The base is excellent at radiating heat, especially when used on a high calorific value gas burner. The non-stick coating is excellent. Even though the handle is plastic, it feels strong enough and has enough offset not to melt/burn (a common problem with this type of pan). I wish the handle was welded to the pan, but it's bolted/riveted instead. Let's see how it holds up over time. The buyer should take into account that the pan is not entirely flat; it has a very slight concave curvature, but we don't see that as a problem for our purposes.
