I like that it is easy to use and has all of the features you need to run your business. It can be confusing at times but once you figure out how to navigate through the system it becomes very intuitive. It's not as user friendly as other platforms in the market but it works well enough for most small businesses. The support team is great to work with. They are always willing to help when needed. If you are looking for an A/B testing tool this is the one to go with. We have been able to test our website and see which pages get more traffic so we can optimize them.
