Very Good Product to manage tickets and incidents

The ease of use, customization options for all users/customers are some good points about cloud SPRT system which i like very much as it is so easy in handling even when we have more then 10-15 employees working under us! 1) I am facing issues while doing emailing from home or mobile devices2). While logging into application through web browser sometimes there may be delay before login page loads3.) Support team not able help me out at times4.). When an employee leaves our organization due date gets over automatically5.), It's quite difficult if someone forgets password6), There should also support available 24X7 7)- Sometimes during heavy traffic loading time takes long8,) Some minor bugs here nthere9., If any one has issue regarding ticket related things they can raise their concerns via live chat10.- With this platform every user will get notification whenever new activity occurs11-) This product helps solving many problems faced by companies12-, Easy accessibility13.
