Great Customer Service & Easy To Use Software

The customer service aspect is really what I love most about this software, it's great because we can get in contact by email or through the apps at anytime 24/7 for any issue. If there aren't emails available or you don't have access via app then its hard to reach them as they are very busy working. Having all of our tickets logged into one place makes everything much more organized when looking back over time. We're able to easily see where things stand and how long each ticket has been…

Very Good Product to manage tickets and incidents

The ease of use, customization options for all users/customers are some good points about cloud SPRT system which i like very much as it is so easy in handling even when we have more then 10-15 employees working under us! 1) I am facing issues while doing emailing from home or mobile devices2). While logging into application through web browser sometimes there may be delay before login page loads3.) Support team not able help me out at times4.). When an employee leaves our organization due date
