The customer service aspect is really what I love most about this software, it's great because we can get in contact by email or through the apps at anytime 24/7 for any issue. If there aren't emails available or you don't have access via app then its hard to reach them as they are very busy working. Having all of our tickets logged into one place makes everything much more organized when looking back over time.
