Review on 🌡️ HiLetgo 2pcs W1209 12V DC Digital Temperature Controller Board Micro Digital Thermostat -50-110°C Electronic Temp Control Module Switch with 10A Relay and Waterproof by Timothy Castillo

I used this and a 110VAC to 12VDC converter to replace a broken dorm room fridge thermostat. I use the beer fridge in the bedroom. The accuracy seems good compared to a non-contact infrared thermometer. I set it to 2.0°C (there is no °F setting) but the displayed temperature is around 4°C when I quickly open the fridge to check; A little irritation. The real annoyance is how LOUD the relay clicks! The entire unit is inside the fridge, not attached to a hard surface, and sounds like an electric fire on a gas stove or grill! My plan was to hack it into the thermostat's original plastic case so I could see the display and press the buttons; Now I have to try to add soundproofing.
