Jigsaw with circle cutter may work in certain circumstances. The blade in the jigsaw needs to be sharp to cut the circles. If it's a normal straight cut, then the blade will bend and cut the plastic in a circle, creating beveled circles rather than round ones. The supplier of the round bracket did not provide any instructions for the user. The blade is most important for the small size, not the standard 1/4", otherwise the results will be unpredictable. 07/07/2019
