I ordered the carriers advertised for my 2004 F150 truck. When I received them they were about 2 inches shorter than the original ones. They are easy to install and work well. BUT now my hood only opens 3/4. Not the best situation, but it's not. noticed me when checking the oil so that's good. Contacted the seller to inquire about free returns and to ask for the correct part. At first they only wanted to give me a partial refund, which didn't help. I wasn't wrong. After several emails with more information about the vehicle, they finally agreed to refund my money and didn't want to return the straps. So I would give the product four stars, it works well. correctly advertised Customer service was a bit difficult but in the end they did the right thing and offered free returns as advertised. Measure seven times, order once. :)
