Sturdy and a perfect fit. Our dishwasher ran out. Luckily he was in front, so we caught him straight away. After buying a replacement I decided to find something to protect the floor underneath just in case. It only has 3 pages. The open side goes ahead. If there is a leak, it pushes the water forward for you to see and fix. If it had 4 sides you wouldn't know there was a leak until it overflowed which would render it useless. I'm scared of leaks as they can cause serious damage so it's nice to know I can now see the water before it goes bad.
