I like that we are able track everything from callers all over our organization into 1 system so it's easier for us when looking at reports or trying solve problems across teams within my department! Sometimes some of these features can be difficult in getting used too but once you get them dialed they make tracking data much more effective!! We have been using this software since 2007 & haven't had any issues yet other then figuring out how/when things got changed around between versions (sometimes).
