I bought this to replace my front door lock [below of course] as the original is around 28 years old. Everything was included. Installation wasn't easy. It took me a while as I couldn't get everything lined up correctly so I had to install and uninstall multiple times. In the end, however, I managed to install it as best I could. The problem I had at first was that closing the door didn't turn on the lock (if you turn the lock so the door closes when it's closed). I had to pull hard on the door to lock it. After a year or so things aren't that bad, so I guess he just had to get used to it. I love the fact that I can use this smart key. I plan to buy another door lock for the door that connects the house to the garage. This way we can use the same key for both locks instead of having two keys. I will provide an update when I order and install it. In general I am satisfied. Can't give 5 stars because installation wasn't easy. Maybe it's a door, so once I mount it on the second door I'll update the stars if needed. If the installation is easier then I know it was the door. If it's the same then I know it's a lock. For the price I think it's ok and it works, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3. Definitely not 5 stars but I will update again once I order a second door lock and also test the smart key.
