Review on PetSafe Efficient Extreme Weather Aluminum by Atiyya Green

Purchased Extremely Weatherproof Door (garage exterior door) and Pet Safe Freedom Aluminum Pet Door (laundry to garage). Both have excellent and clear instructions. They are well made and fit well. And you have a panel that you can slide or snap in (depending on the door) when you want to block them. I was a little worried about the nylon screws but they didn't come loose. I cut off the head of one of the liberty doors for overtightening, but I called PetSafe and they sent a replacement. Highly recommended. I've installed various pet doors in this and other homes and these are the best I've seen. They also cover the core well. Comment: When cutting a door if it's not wood, use a long blade (for metal) in a jigsaw. My doors are fiberglass and insulated (one was a fire door, the other was an entry door). I melted down my old wooden blade halfway through the first door and had to run to the hardware store where I found a Bosch T3218F3 T-shank blade. That worked much better. My doors are 1-3/4" thick and require a longer blade. Maybe Revain has it too.
