Firstly, the breadboard I received was just rubbish. The whole thing was deformed so it couldn't sit on the table, making it incredibly uncomfortable. I've actually given up on it and am using a different one. The instructions will help you understand what you want to do, but they could explain everything better. For example I was able to wire up an LED matrix but apart from its original code this doesn't explain anything of what is going on. I'm *really* not a big fan of how they tightly packaged some components that were pre-attached to the breadboard. Be careful when removing them as I bent a lot of the pins. Not very convenient, but if I was more careful I'd be fine. The tweezers help a lot!
