Feels cheap. If you've been dreaming of a new headset for a long time, treat yourself to a headset with a real sealed bearing. I'm a bike mechanic and I think that's complete bullshit. I've dealt with a lot of cage bearing headsets and I don't like this one at all when it's stuck, doesn't spin smoothly, feels rough and dry and I've filled this thing with grease. I've tried loosening it up a bit and whatever I do there's too much play. Hopefully this thing breaks and proves me wrong, but I have a feeling I'll just end up buying a brand new headset.
