I washed and dried them according to directions; I did this three times before I started my project. The first picture shows minimal wrinkles immediately after drying; no problem to use them without ironing. The second photo shows the size before washing. The last two photos compare before and after washing/drying; You can see that they decrease in length by about 4 inches and do not decrease in width. Unshrunk 100% cotton is expected to shrink and this shrinkage is comparable to that of high quality quilted cotton. They excelled in embroidery and pencil drawings, and baked bread. I ordered more today!
