Almost perfect fit! There are small minor differences that are expected from replacement parts. My original dash panel wouldn't let me roll down the rear windows, which is why I bought it. He either doesn't roll them down or just rolls them a little and then picks them up again. After installation I was very satisfied, all switches work, the window lock function works. My rear windows go up and down and my choice! And my front ones are perfect and still fully automatic. Some switches don't light up, but if that doesn't bother you, everything else is great. I also highly doubt they wouldn't change my part if I complained, but I didn't. Even with that lighting deal they get 5 stars because it worked great for me. I have a switch that won't light up, so now it's a big deal and very quick to install great parts.
