Review on 💻 Sabrent Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station - 60W Power Delivery Charging, Windows/MacOS Compatible - Dual-4K Display (DS-TH3C) by Alex Gilbert

I have two problems, I received the dock today and plugged it in for the first time and the green light is on but the blue light is not on. Because the blue light doesn't come on, none of the other ports on the dock work, and I can't use the secondary display or USB speakers. Second, when I connect Document Power to my 2018 13" MacBook, I get the "Cannot use Thunderbolt accessory" popup. So now I have a dock that serves no purpose and does not provide the functionality I need. I have contacted the seller to request an exchange, for now I have to rate this one star but will update my rating based on how the seller handles the situation.
