Works as good as $100 big box builders. Installation was easy, there were no fit or finish issues, and the faucet controls (handle, spray button, pause button) work perfectly. I had a very minor issue where the small washer on the hot water supply hose from the faucet was loose/twisted causing it to leak through the fitting when first installed. Before I panicked, I removed the line, looked at it, and found the problem. Pushing back the washer with a flathead screwdriver fixed the problem and you're good to go. Another thing to keep in mind when installing these "pop up" faucets is to make sure that when installing, the weight you attach to the hose isn't blocked by something under the sink or the atomizer isn't fits snugly on the stem. and it tends to sag a bit, which can be an eyesore. Some faucets will magnetize the stem and nozzle but not this one so make sure the weight is free and loose so you get a nice clean connection/look.
