Review on Organic, Non-Toxic Hydrating Hairbath Shampoo - INNERSENSE Cruelty-Free Clean Haircare (32Oz Refill Pouch) by Michael Jackson

I actually bought this product from the Innersense website vs Best Buy. This is the only place I can leave a review without signing up for Yelp or Reddit so here goes. I spoke with an Innersense consultant who sent me a list of products to buy based on my hair type and styling desires. I loved the smell of Innersense and found the conditioner adequate for detangling my long curly hair. After using for a few weeks, I noticed clumps of hair in my brush after brushing and abnormal (for me) hair shedding. I kept using it thinking that I was being dramatic or that the seasonal change was causing the issue. Unfortunately, the hair loss has continued. I had blood work checked with no issues. I haven’t changed my diet or stress levels or environment or anything else except my shampoo, conditioner and styling products to Innersense. So many people rave about this product but if you start noticing lots of hair loss, I would recommend discontinuing.
