I like that this service has so many options for my business needs! They are very easy going about it too!! The customer support we receive when ever there's an issue with our account also helps us understand what they can do better next time around (if needed). There really isn't anything i dislike at all but if you're looking into getting transcribing done then definitely go through their website first because not only does every option have its benefits but each one offers different pricing structures aswell. We had been having issues receiving transcriptions in order to make sure everything was correct before submitting them out which meant more work than necessary for me personally since I am already working long hours by myself anyway :/.
