I replaced the ignition on a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu. On initial ignition, there was an intermittent power cut on startup - most of the internal electrical equipment did not function for a random period of 10 seconds to 45 minutes, although the car started and ran in this state. After an OEM replacement failed, this product arrived and performed just like the OEM at a fraction of the cost.
