10 speeds with Maes style drop bars connected to the spring extension. As I get older I find that bending over and stretching for long distances causes numbness in my arms and pain in my hip. Seat adjustment didn't help. I was thinking of replacing the stem with a shorter one and connecting it to a flat bar. This adjustable needle was able to pretty much reproduce what I was envisioning with the rods I have. I find that my long-distance driving has become more comfortable. This is an easy setup. You may need to replace both cords and cases if what you have isn't long enough.
