The hat doesn't fit. leaks.
The threads on the cap are not aligned with the bottle. The cap is hard to put on and leaks when you put it on. Also, the only way to get a proper fill is to remove the bottle from the insulation and refill it, but once you've done that it's extremely difficult to get the bottle back into the insulated bag. The reviews on this were correct, it is an imperfect product/design.
