The ease in which you can set up alerts, filters etc for your specific needs with this product makes it really easy! I wish there were more options available when creating an alert as some fields are not presentable but overall its great value at such low cost compared other products that have been mentioned here. Having access from anywhere via mobile device or computer has made our jobs so much easier especially being able to monitor multiple sites simultaneously without having physical presence where each site may be located - we also use Alert Logic's SIEM solution too now enabling us additional data sources & correlation between both systems.
