Two stars 1 star for operation/installation - plug and play. The cord was a bit shorter as many other reviews say, but still easy to use. If you can't figure out how to route the cable, you probably shouldn't be installing mirrors! 1 star for the optics - done! They look great outside of the truck! That's where the stars stop! On a truck. The passenger mirror is measured 14 inches from the bottom of the window, perpendicular to the outside edge of the plastic mirror housing. The driver's side measures 16-3/4", which tells me that the angle at which the mirror is in its normal operating position varies greatly. Basically, one is straight and the other is at an angle. Comparing them got me realized the passenger was right and the drivers were wrong.Noted that the number of wires can be seen behind the mirror on the driver's side.It was a comment from another reviewer which I ignored for some stupid reason.The passenger mirror has no bare wires. Looks great! When it came up in front of the truck everything was completely different. So different I thought it was a defect. I messaged the seller and they sent a new driver's side for free! Brilliant! I did Installed it immediately and did the same. Attention to detail. Your welder is wrong! I warn you about buying these mirrors as I took the mirror and realized that the tubes form the frame what is fine, but there are components on the riser to mount your mirror, whether it's in the NOP or closed. welded in the wrong place. Now that sent me into the world of ticks because if I had just bought the factory mirrors I probably wouldn't have this problem so of course like everyone else I bought the factory mirrors that came on my new truck. My wife thinks I might have it because of the mirror's reaction to buying a new truck. well she's fake, they look GREAT!
