I'm at a loss as this was my first spiralizer. 1/4" - perfect. Shoulders - no breakage, sharp edges Valley - flat And best of all, the speed of delivery - doesn't matter Can go fast, can go slow - the end result is perfection Can't tell if Freud is better or worse than other brands but I do can't imagine wanting more of what I got from this router. There was a scene in the recent film Ford vs. Ferrari where Mr. Shelby takes Mr. Ford for a spin in his prototype race car... Mr. Ford jumps in the car like I know cars. Shelby rockets down the track, spinning and accelerating his eyes in the back of his mind. The racing cars, but that's when he got to know racing cars. If only his father were there. He burst into tears. I didn't cry, but that's what happened when I first inserted a 1/4-inch Freudian spiral cutter into my router.
