Very well written test! Clear short instructions and very easy to use. I had a question and had to leave a message for them to call back (big chance right?). Call back in less than 5 minutes! Friendly, polite, wonderful customer service experience. Answered my question very clearly; friendly and professional. I just sent my test in the mail and am looking forward to checking my status online. Highly recommended!
