UPDATE: I've increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Customer support was very helpful and responsive. They actually contacted me when they saw my first review. I found that the spindle speed is too low. Of course, it depends on the material, but these bits need to rotate pretty fast, and the depth and feed speed should also be small and slow. My windmill only spins at a max speed of 2800 rpm. So I spin it at 2800 rpm and make a shallower cut along with a slower feed rate and these things cut pretty well. I assume they work better at even higher spindle speeds. They are still very fragile and will break if you apply strong lateral pressure. Overall they did the job I needed them for. The goods were well packaged and looked good. I ordered size 1/16 and these things break at the slightest pressure. I almost messed up my project so I had to stop using them because they break so easily. I tried another set I had and had no problems.
