I bought this because it was cheap and had good reviews. I was looking for an additional carpentry kit to complement my Lee Valley kit that cost three times as much. Big mistake. The milling cutters on the table top have only two grooves instead of four. They work well in pine or plywood, but will dangle in hardwood and cut an oblong hole (see photo). When I first used it in oak it cut so slowly and rattled that I thought I accidentally reversed the drill bit. If you work weekends or are into woodworking and just need to countersink holes from time to time, this will likely work. If you're a commercial user like me and your tools get a lot of use, you need to spend more for something better. I gave this set away and ordered another from Lee Valley.
