Review on πŸ”ͺ 8 inch Thai Chef's Knife - Kiwi Brand Stainless Steel No. 21 by Michele Rutland

You can't beat this price.

I bought this knife after a long search. I'm someone who loves to cook in my free time. I cook everything from Mexican cuisine, sushi, Mediterranean cuisine, soups, pasta and whatever else you can think of. First impression: This knife has a thinner blade than some, which made me skeptical at first. The wooden handle has a bit of texture but I like it. When it arrived it was sharp enough to shave my arm. I had no trouble cutting veggies or meat. After months of use: I've sharpened this thing 4 or 5 times. I use this knife daily, sometimes 5 or 6 times a day since I cook 6 meals a day. When it gets a little boring I use steel on it. A few times on each side and the thing is razor sharp again. Seriously, this is the easiest knife I've ever sharpened. I will start buying different styles of this brand to see how they perform. I will 100% recommend this knife to my friends and family. I know two people who bought it after my recommendation and they love it. Yes, it's a little cheaper than some other knives, hundreds of dollars in some cases, but at $11, this knife can't be beat. I could buy this knife every year for 20 years and only spend the cost of a $200 knife. I recommend this to everyone.
