This is a great kit that has everything you need PLUS. I ended up with more screws than I needed and the tools to feel confident in getting the job done if needed in the future. I even fixed a colleague's controller because I had parts and tools at a price I'd be happy to share. The limitation is in the task, not the tools. These screws are tiny and they don't want to play nicely and often dance around your workbench in the craziest patterns, so be aware that JOB might not be for people who don't like the excitement of tiny parts, but the included TOOLS are more as appropriate. Don't spend $60 on a controller replacement when you can fix it yourself for a fraction of the cost.
