Fun to assemble but not the best gauge
Before you buy this kit, please note that the end product is not a very good gauge. It has very weak input protection and lacks some useful features. To emphasize the lack of input protection, it doesn't have a 10A range fuse, and there's pretty much nothing to prevent a spectacular event if some asshole applies more voltage than is allowed. I still give the kit 5 stars because I knew what I was getting myself into and the build itself was fun. Be careful with the little switch contacts as they are very keen on pinging across the room - hopefully I can get another one!
