This is a great product for cleaning between implants and I have used it for this purpose for many years. My only reservation is that when the company changed its name and packaging in the last year or so, the product went downhill or got cheaper - the quality of the needle threaders and yarn brushes seem to matter less than before. It still works, but sometimes part of the brush actually falls apart and the needle threader isn't stiff enough to fit through the gap.
