Review on 🚗 High-performance 5.5" Bullet Stubby Antenna: Perfect Replacement Aerial for Trucks, SUVs, and Cars by Jerry Mills

This cylindrical antenna comes with a fairly complete set of different screws and adapters to fit most antenna threads. I installed it on an old FJ Cruiser in place of the long whip antenna that came with the car and it took me a while to realize I needed a very long filament. As soon as I screwed it in, the bullet pierced easily. I'm not sure if threadlocker should have been used, but so far it hasn't come off at all. If someone wants to steal it they will, there's nothing you can do about it other than actually blocking it, which is probably a bad idea if you ever want to take it off. There are no complaints about this antenna. I don't actually use my radio, which is good because the reception isn't that great with this unit. It's mostly for looks and it looks better than no antenna at all. The semi-gloss black is more than I expected but it fits well and looks great on my car.
