Review on Akita by Steven Brouillard

I really like how simple it was for my team members who were not technical people, or even very computer literate users at all,to use this software without needing any training whatsoever! The software has been able to solve our challenges of managing an event business that runs into thousands in attendance each year as well being able to manage multiple events simultaneously with ease (we run up to 8 per week). It can sometimes be difficult for new staff when using this system but we have found ways around most issues by getting creative together within the group. There's nothing much i dislike about akita other than perhaps its inability to do some things better. We are solving problems such as communication between groups/sections etc which allows us to focus more on what matters - running great events!!
