very cute. I bought these Sodoko style knives and saw a smaller paring knife so I bought that. Like the big ones, it's razor sharp, ideal for slicing limes, herbs and garlic and the like. Just for example for peeling apples the knife is wide, and my regular paring knife (Henckels) does a better job as it's thinner and almost like a roast beef. and excellent value for money. I'll probably hire another for similar tasks (apples, oranges, pears, etc.).
