Review on GearWrench 81177 Phillips Driver Socket by Mark Crawford

For the price I paid I was expecting a little better quality from a gear wrench but after receiving this item I wasn't sure if it would last more than 3 or 4 full days would hold. It feels significantly lighter than expected, like it's made out of a cheaper lightweight metal. Even its finish looks cheap. Although the box says it is covered by a lifetime warranty, my past experience with Gearwrench warranty service tells me not to hold my breath as I will be waiting a very long time for a replacement if this bit head fails. Other customers have posted actual crashes with photos of the business end gap. Instead, I'm looking at a handyman that's infinitely easier to replace. Gearwrench still has work to do.
