Company quality control needs to be improved.
I replaced my existing lock with this one as I lost the keys from the original set. When attempting to install the D-lock internal fastener, I found that the set screw on the lock shaft would not tighten. I had to reuse the old D lock to get the job done. The manufacturer had to thread the tap through the set screw hole so that the set screw could be tightened onto the shaft.
