Flashlight was incredible for about 8 months, exactly as expected, and then. One fateful night on watch on CVN-74 deep in the belly of the boat I smell an acrid odor. ELECTRIC FIRE. I start to investigate to find the fires location, my nose is leading the way. Everywhere I run the smell clears up, then I stop and boom its back. 2 minutes into looking for it I see the white smoke, it's me. My light is burning a hole through the holster. Turns out it turns on whenever it wants now so I have to unscrew it and remove the battery anytime I'm not using it. Luckily I hadn't called the casualty away yet because I'd of looked like a jackass waking everyone up for that. Hopefully I can get a replacement. Will update if I do.
