Madness at work with this controller

I purchased this controller for my Arts and Crafts work as I thought it would make my engraving job easier... However, I was completely disappointed with the results. thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I could see that the controller was not sophisticated enough to handle my project. The only positive is that the product was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, this controller did not live up to my expectations and i would not recommend it to anyone..
