This top-notch car made it from San Francisco to Boston through rain, wind and snow with no problems, laden with camping gear and luggage. Some points to watch out for: 1. As the belts run through the car, they compress the door seals, causing air leaks and a lot of noise. 2. Unlike some others who have reported leaks along the straps. I've been through heavy rain and snow and haven't experienced any leaks.3. Make sure you position the strap so it doesn't touch your head. Pushing in the sides of the retainer and tightening further can eliminate any belt vibration that may occur (and it's really annoying).
