I bought this to upgrade my FIOS installation to >100Mbps while still being able to use my existing coax cable. I connected them and at first glance everything looked great. Websites loaded instantly, and the speed test showed I was actually getting a lot more than my 200Mbps service (just over 300!). But after 5 minutes they stopped the traffic. I cycled all my network devices, same thing. Worked great for a few minutes and died again. I don't use splitters or anything like that, just a cable from the basement to the upstairs room. I was planning on using the TV pass-through feature but left it disabled until I got the MoCA part working. I checked all the connections three times, but no matter what, I couldn't get them to work for a while. I bought another brand of MoCA adapters, hooked them up with the same cables and hardware, and my connection has been perfect ever since. I sent these back.
