Good machine - great customer service. I've used this cutter for professional use at the farm and ranch level, sometimes on nice thin steel, 1/4 and 5/16. I don't have many watches on the machine yet, but for the price it works very well. It produces a good arc and cuts very cleanly through even old metal with a lot of scale and rust. I initially had an issue with the first machine I received, but the company did an excellent job of fixing it and extending the replacement warranty. after telling them it had sat in my garage for 4 months before I had a chance to test it. Overall I am very happy with the machine and very happy with the customer service. My only complaint is that the ground wire is considerably shorter than the torch wire, but it looks like it could be replaced with a 2 gauge welding wire to about 12 feet in length.
