I wasn't very happy for the first 3 days. Firstly, my order has been delayed, but damn it's December and package delivery is very busy during these months. Then I couldn't get it to work properly. This little pup is definitely amazing, I've only had him a few weeks but am very impressed and happy with the purchase. A small problem I had was deciding whether this unit would work with a 30 or 40 amp switch. It's a bit confusing, the instructions aren't very clear. The unit also came with a 30 amp plug (L-6 30) but I called support and they said it would max out (45 amp setting) with a 30 amp switch but if If you really need up to 50-55 amps max, they recommend a 40 amp switch. I bought this because I am building a plasma table so I needed its features and I thought it was rated for 50 amps which should cut 1/2 inch. steal, but it's connected to a 10g cable and 30A plug and that should have been an immediate clue. I bought this plasma cutter for my workshop and as far as I can tell it's fantastic. I've used it on 120v and 240v and so far it's handled everything I've thrown at it, from 26 gauge to 1/2 inch steel. I also cut 3/8" aluminum with it and as far as I can tell it will do for anything I ever do with it.
