Product description does not match
This product was mounted on a smooth wooden wall because the product description says it can be mounted on that type of surface. It looked very nice and two days later everything collapsed. Check the product description and the top part next to the picture says it can be installed on wooden surfaces as long as they are smooth but the full description below says it shouldn't be. Your product description must match in both areas. I would not recommend installing this expensive product on anything porous. Very disappointed as it looked great on the wall.
