Review on 🚗 BMW Genuine Fuel Tank Breather Valve:13999990 - Optimal Performance and Quality Assurance by Nale Dunn

For my 2004 BMW 325I which is an e46 with an M54 engine. I received code P0444 and code P0442. I replaced the gas cap ring first, then bought a cheaper version of the flush valve because it had good reviews. Guilty. Some time passed, and then a strange fuel cap light came on on the dash. So I replaced the entire gas cap and went back again with P0444 and P0442. Eventually I bought an OEM flush valve and replaced it and it looks like the problem has been fixed. At the moment there is no problem with resetting codes. It's better to just buy an OEM part here, you may run into serious trouble and frustration if it doesn't work properly. Otherwise it cost me 2-3 times more in parts, time and frustration.
