Was glad to receive it last night and decided to set it up which in itself was a bit of a challenge. (Woman 68 years old). When finally the whole set couldn't be balanced. The fiberglass rod appears to have snapped - see photo. Very disappointed as perfect for winter chopping. Had to return as customer service contact details could not be found. Update - Replacement item received within a few days. The second time, the key fob installation takes less than 30 minutes. I learned from the beginning what is possible and what is not. More detailed instructions would have improved the initial experience. I'm glad I did this - I liked it! Exactly what I wanted for an internal winter wrap.
