Drilled a hole in the door and found the pairing wasn't working. This happened on 2 devices. Now what am I supposed to do with that whole thing in my door? ***EDIT*** If you have ever had any problems with customer service. These guys are the complete opposite. Smonet saw my review and corrected everything. After receiving the new ban, they turned on several videos. THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT RESET BUTTONS. This is not explained in the instructions. Next to the part where you attach the left or right door frame is a square knob. After that everything runs like clockwork. 4 stars because the customer service is almost too pushy. Constant calls and emails several times a day. They also have different opening hours since they don't import into the US. However, I would like someone to be there, not out of touch. In general, they have retained this rating.
