But I didn't have the right hook size, so I bought my first Silvalume soft grip hook. And guess what, the owner of It's Crochet O'Clock is right. As soon as I switched tools, my yarn stopped breaking! Now when I start a project, the first thing I pick up is Silvalume's built-in hooks because I really like them. But if my yarn starts to have problems I'll try another tool.
